You can, however using your CV would be helpful. If you need a CV creating I offer that service too.

What if I do not have the experience for the cover letter?
Experience does not always have to be professional. We can work with your academic and life experience to show the employer that you are confident in your abilities. Furthermore, the letter will be a reflection of your personality and mindset.
